MIEMBROS DE LA ORDEN
TÍTULOS
A) Cada persona propuesta para admisión en la Orden será un individuo practicante de la Fe Cristiana y tendrá mentalidad, medios y posición, tales que le permitan vivir honorablemente y de observar plenamente y libremente las leyes y las decisiones de la Orden. Cada candidato (que deberá seguir los pasos establecidos para su admisión a la Orden) durante su preparación será llamado Postulante o Aspirante; el Gran Maestre por disposición "motu proprio" puede incorporar, sin restricciones, Miembros en la Orden.
B) Cada candidato tiene que probar de ser persona de conducta irreprochable, tener honor e integridad moral, y, si fuere casado o deseara casarse, debe hacerlo de acuerdo a las leyes cristianas.
C) Cada candidato tiene que llenar por escrito una solicitud de admisión según modelo predispuesto por la Orden, adjuntando el propio currículo vitae, 4 fotografías carnet, conjuntamente con una copia del Certificado de Bautismo y libreta de Familia cristiana si fuere desposado.
PRESENTACIÓN DE LA PROPUESTA
A) Cada Postulante tiene que someter la documentación requerida a la Comisión de Admisión de su Jurisdicción, ella es la que tiene que aprobar al candidato preliminarmente. Después de ésta preliminar aprobación, la Comisión de la Jurisdicción local mandará la solicitud y demás documentación (conjuntamente con su dictamen y recomendaciones acerca del grado de admisión sugerido para su ingreso) a la sede del Gran Prior de competencia, quien ratificará la propuesta y la mandará a la Gran Cancilleria para su aprobacion final.
B) El Gran Maestre decidirá sobre la admisión definitiva del candidato, dando confirmación o no de ello. La decisión del Gran Maestre es terminante y no es sometida a ninguna apelación. EI Gran Maestre puede delegar tal responsabilidad.
C) El Caballero Preceptor sigue la formación del postulante por todo el tiempo estipulado para su preparación hasta su definitiva entrada a la Orden.
PROCEDIMIENTO DE ENTRADA
La admisión en la Orden de Bonaria puede ocurrir en los siguientes modos:
A) presentación de parte de dos Caballeros
B) presentación de la propuesta de admisión por el propio Aspirante
C) por mandado del Gran Maestre
Excepto en caso de Mandato Magistraltodos tendrán que respetar todas las reglas del presente Decreto.
a. Admisión por presentación de dos Caballeros:
Si dos Caballeros creyeran que una persona es digna de entrar en la Orden, ya que posee las virtudes cristianas necesarias para volverse miembro de ella, adjuntaran a la solicitud de admisión una carta de presentación dirigida al Prior, Bailío o Cancilleria Magistral (cuando sobre el territorio no exista Autoridad competente) del postulante propuesto, enumerando los méritos y los motivos por los que quieren proponer a la persona.
En la carta de presentación se tendrá que exponer claramente los méritos del postulante, indicar si participa en actividades sociales, obra en actividades de formación cultural, moral, etcétera.
No se podrá proponer la entrada a la Orden de persona alguna que no haya demostrado favorablemente interés en los dogmas de la Caballería Cristiana.
b. Requerimiento “motu proprio”:
Cuando una persona, teniendo el conocimiento de la existencia de la Orden de Bonaria, habiendo comprendido los principios fundamentales que sostiene la misma y desidiera convertirse en un miembro de ella, podrá mandar una carta al Prior, Bailío o directamente a la Cancilleria Magistral (cuando faltase autoridad competente sobre su territorio) explicando los motivos por los cuales entiende que debe ser miembro de la Orden.
Creído el sujeto como idóneo, a la presentación de la solicitud de admisión, se iniciará su preparación según norma y estilo.
FASES DE ADMISIÓN
El proceso de admisión se articula en 4 (cuatro) fases específicas.
En cualquiera de las fases el proceso puede ser interrumpido, sea por expreso deseo del postulante, sea porque el postulante es considerado como no idóneo para su admisión o por expresa disposición del Gran Maestre.
FASE 1: Anagráfica
Es la solicitud de admisión, la que el candidato tendrá que presentar conjuntamente con un currículum vitae acompañado por 4 fotos color. El currículo tendrá que precisar los datos personales, la formación académica y profesional, de que trabaja, eventuales participaciones en proyectos de carácter social o similares.
FASE 2: Conocimiento de la historia
En esta fase el Aspirante tiene que demostrar el conocimiento de la historia de la Orden, su organización, los objetivos y los principios que regulan la vida interna de la misma.
Tales datos deberán ser presentados por escrito a la comisión de admision que los evaluará.
FASE 3: Motivos
El Aspirante que manifiesta intención de convertirse en Miembro de la Orden, tendrá que contestar a las siguientes preguntas:
A) ¿ Por qué quiere ingresar a la Orden de Bonaria?
B) ¿Qué espera encontrar en la Orden de Bonaria?
C) ¿Qué espera recibir de la Orden de Bonaria?
D) ¿Qué esta dispuesto a aportar para el bien de la Orden de Bonaria?
FASE 4: Coloquio
La última fase del proceso de admisión ocurre con el coloquio del postulante con uno de los altos miembros de la Orden habilitado para establecer si el candidato tiene todas las características necesarias para volverse Miembro de ella.
El coloquio ocurrirá en la sede oficial del Priorato, Bailiato o Sede Magistral.
El candidato será acompañado por un Caballero que tendrá la tarea de convertirse en "Padrino" y que acompañará la formación del nuevo Postulante, bajo la supervisión del Preceptor.
Conclusión del Proceso de verificación:
A) Acabadas las diversas fases de verificación del candidato, el Prior, el Bailío o el Canciller, emitirá un documento escrito en donde expondrá las conclusiones finales con sus debidas justificaciones; tal dictamen es determinante para la admisión final.
B) El dictamen de ser positivio tendrá que indicar, justificándolo, el grado en el que aconseja sea admitido el Aspirante.
C) El grado de nobleza de un aspirante debe ser averiguado, constatado y supervisado por el Presidente del Consejo Genealógico Heráldico de la Orden, quien se expedirá en este sentido.
D) Con ambos dictamenes la Sede Magistral se expide incorporándolo con el predicato de justicia o bien de gracia magistral, según correpondiere.
E) Toda la documentación tendrá que ser enviada a la sede Magistral situada en Buenos Aires, quedando copia del proceso en el lugar de origen. La decisión de la Sede Magistral es inapelable.
ADMISIÓN DE LOS MIEMBROS
A) El Gran Maestre es la única Autoridad que pueda admitir Miembros en la Orden y confirmar promociones y asignaciones de mérito.
B) Él puede delegar en todo caso tal autoridad en otro Miembro del Consejo Supremo.
C) Para las incorporaciones de Miembros a la Orden es solicitada la suscripción de un Juramento de Fidelidad a la Maison de Gevaudan y al Gran Maestre.
D) Son exonerados, de lo que obliga el apartado anterior, los Jefes de Estado, Príncipes, Reyes o cuántos sean creídos dignos de fe incuestionable a solo juicio del Príncipe Soberano Gran Maestre.
E) Cada Aspirante que ingrese a las filas de la Orden (en el grado que fuere) deberá donar una suma de dinero simbólica y voluntaria (en sobre cerrado), que será destinado a obras de caridad en su nombre. El monto quedará a criterio de cada postulante. Este acto de caridad se realizará una sola véz inmediatamente antes de su cruzamiento oficial. Quien no pueda hacerlo de ésta manera deberá demostrar su caridad con una obras pía concreta, cuyo informe de realización elebará a la Gran Cancillería.
MEMBERS OF THE ORDER
TITLES
A) Each propose person for admission in the Order will be an individual medical instructor of the Christian Faith and will have mentality, means and position, such that allow him to live honorably and to freely observe totally and the laws and the decisions of the Order. C) Each candidate must fill in writing to an admission request according to model ready by the Order, enclosing own curriculum vitae, 4 photography card, jointly with a copy of the Certificate of Baptism and notebook of Christian Family if he will be newlywed.
PRESENTATION OF THE PROPOSAL
A) Each Postulate must put under the required documentation the Commission of Admission of its Jurisdiction, she is the one that it has to approve the candidate preliminarily. After this one preliminary approval, the Commission of the local Jurisdiction will send the request and other documentation (jointly with its opinion and recommendations about the degree of admission suggested for its entrance) to the seat of the Great Prior of competition, that will ratify the proposal and it will send it to the Great Chancellery for his final approval.
B) The Grand Master will decide on the definitive admission of the candidate, having given confirmation or not of it. The decision of the Grand Master is final and it is not put under any appeal. EI Great Master it can delegate such responsibility.
C) The Knight Teacher follows the formation of the postulate by all along stipulated for his preparation even its definitive one entrance at your service.
ENTRANCE PROCEDURE
admission in the Order of Bonaria can happen in the following ways:
A)presentation of part of two Knights
B)presentation of the proposal of admission by the own Aspiringby errand of the Grand Master
Except in case of Skillful Mandateall will have to respect all the rules of the present Decree.
- Admission by presentation of two Knights:
If two knights thought that a person is worthy to enter the Order, since she has the Christian virtues necessary to become member from her, enclosed to the admission request a letter of presentation directed to the Prior, Bailío or Skillful Cancilleria (when on the territory competent Authority does not exist) of the proposed postulate, enumerating the merits and the reasons by which they want to propose the person.
In the presentation letter it will have to expose clearly the merits of the postulante, to indicate if it participates in social activities, builds in activities of cultural , moral formation, et cetera.
The person entrance will not be able to be proposed at your service some that has not favorably demonstrated interest in the dogmas of the Christian Cavalry.
- Requirement “motu proprio”:
When a person, having the knowledge of the existence of the Order of Bonaria, having included/understood the fundamental principles that she maintains same and the desidiera one to become a member of her, will be able to send a letter to the Prior, Balio or directly to the Chancellery Skillful (when she lacked competent authority on his territory) explaining the reasons by as she understands that she must be member of the Order.

PHASES OF ADMISSION
The admission process articulates in 4 (four) specific phases.
In anyone of the phases the process can be interrupted, is by express desire of the postulante, is because the postulante is considered as nonsuitable for its admission or by express disposition of the Great Master.
PHASE 1: Anagráfica
It is the admission request , the one that the candidate will have to jointly present/display with a curriculum vitae accompanied by 4 photos color. Curriculum will need the personal data, the academic and professional formation, of which it works, eventual participation in similar projects of social character or.
PHASE 2: Knowledge of history
In this phase the Aspiring must demonstrate the knowledge of the history of the Order, its organization, the objectives and the principles that regulate the internal life of the same one.
Such data will have to be presented /displayed in writing to the admission commission that will evaluate them.
PHASE 3: Reasons
The Aspiring who shows intention to become Member of the Order, will have to answer the following questions:
A) So that it wants to enter at your service of Bonaria?
B)What hopes to find in the Order of Bonaria?
C)What hopes to receive from the Order of Bonaria?
D)What this ready to contribute to the good of the Order of Bonaria?
PHASE 4: Colloquy
The last phase of the admission process happens with the colloquy of the postulate with one of the high members of the qualified Order to establish if the candidate has all the characteristics necessary to become Member from her.
The colloquy will happen in the official seat of the Priorato, Baliato or Skillful Sede.
The candidate will be accompanied by a Horseman who will have the task of becoming “Padrino” and that will accompany the formation by the new Postulante, under the supervision of the Teacher.
Conclusion of the Process of verification:
A) Finished the diverse phases of verification of the candidate, the Prior, the Balio or the Chancellor, it will emit a document written in where it will expose the final conclusions with its due justifications; such opinion is determining for the final admission.
B) The opinion of being positive will have to indicate, justifying it, the degree in which advises is admitted the Aspiring.
C) The degree of nobility of an aspiring must be found out, be stated and supervised by the President of the Genealogical Council Heraldry of the Order, that will be sent in this sense.
D) With both opinions the Skillful Seat is sent incorporating it with the predicate of justice or of skillful grace, according to correspondence.
E) All the documentation will have to be sent to the Skillful seat located in Buenos Aires, having been copy of the process in the origin place. The decision of the Skillful Seat is unquestionable.
ADMISSION OF THE MEMBERS
A) The Grand Master it is the only Authority that can admit Members in the Order and confirm promotions and allocations of merit.
B)He can delegate in all case such authority in another Member of the Supreme Council.
C) For the incorporations of Members at your service the subscription of an Oath of Fidelity to the Maison de Gevaudan and the Great Master is asked for.
D) They are exonerated, of that it forces the previous section, the Chiefs of State, Princes, Kings or how many they are believed worthy of unquestionable faith in single opinion of Prince Sovereign Grand Master.
E) Each Aspiring who enters to the rows of the Order (in the degree that will be) will have to donate symbolic and voluntary a sum of money (in on closed), that will be destined to works of charity in its name. The amount criterion of each postulate will have left. This act of charity will immediately be made a single time before its official crossover. Who cannot do it this way will have to demonstrate to his charity with works pía makes specific, whose report of accomplishment will elevate to the superiority, this one will elevate it to the Great Chancellery.
MEMBRI DELL'ORDINE
TITOLI
A) Ogni persona proposta per l’ammissione nell'Ordine sarà un individuo apprendista della Fede Cristiana ed avrà mentalità, mezzi e posizione, tali che gli permettano vivere onorevolmente e di osservare pienamente e liberamente le leggi e le decisioni dell'Ordine. Ogni candidato, dovrà seguire i passi stabiliti per la sua ammissione all'Ordine, durante la sua preparazione sarà chiamato Postulante o Aspirante; il Gran Maestro per disposizione "motu proprio" può incorporare, senza restrizioni, Membri nell'Ordine.
B) Ogni candidato deve provare di essere persona di condotta irreprensibile, avere onore ed integrità morale, e, se fosse sposato o desiderasse sposarsi, deve farlo di accordo alle leggi cristiane.
C) Ogni candidato deve riempire per iscritto un sollecito di ammissione come modello predisposto per l'Ordine, allegando il proprio curriculum vitae congiuntamente con una copia del Certificato di Battesimo e libretto di Famiglia cristiana se sposato.
PRESENTAZIONE DELLA PROPOSTA
A) Ogni Postulante deve sottomettere la documentazione richiesta alla Commissione di Ammissione della sua Giurisdizione, che è quella che deve approvare preliminarmente il candidato. Dopo questa preliminare approvazione, la Commissione della Giurisdizione locale comanderà il sollecito ed altra documentazione, congiuntamente col suo giudizio e raccomandazioni circa il grado di ammissione suggerito per la sua entrata, alla sede del Gran Priore di competenza che ratificherà la proposta e la invierà alla Gran Cancelleria per la sua approvazione finale.
Il Precettore segue la formazione del postulante per tutto il tempo stabilito per la sua preparazione fino alla sua definitiva entrata all'Ordine.
Qualunque delle fasi il processo può essere interrotto, sia per espresso desiderio del postulante, sia perché il postulante è considerato come non idoneo per la sua ammissione o per espressa disposizione del Gran Maestro.
FASE 1: Anagrafica
È l La domanda di ammissione, quella che il candidato dovrà presentare congiuntamente con un currículum vitæ accompagnata per 4 foto a colore. Il curriculum dovrà precisare i dati personali, la formazione accademica e professionale, il tipo di lavoro, eventuale partecipazioni in progetti di carattere sociale o simili.
FASE 2: Conoscenza della storia
In questa fase l'Aspirante deve dimostrare la conoscenza della storia dell'Ordine, la sua organizzazione, gli obiettivi ed i principi che regolano la vita interna dello stesso.
Tal I dati dovranno essere presentati per iscritto alla commissione di ammissione che li valuterà.
FASE 3: Motivi
L'Aspirante che manifesta intenzione di entrare come Membro dell'Ordine, dovrà rispondere alle seguenti domande:
A) Perché vuole entrare nell'Ordine di Bonaria?
B) Che cosa spera di trovare nell'Ordine di Bonaria?
C) Che cosa spera di ricevere dall'Ordine di Bonaria?
D) Che cosa è disposto fare per il bene dell'Ordine di Bonaria?
F FASE 4: Colloquio
L' ultima fase del processo di ammissione si conclude col colloquio del postulante con uno degli alti membri dell'Ordine abilitato per stabilire se il candidato ha tutte le caratteristiche necessarie per diventarne Membro.
Il colloquio avverrà nella sede ufficiale del Priorato, Baliato o Sede Magistrale.
Il candidato sarà accompagnato da un Cavaliere che avrà il compito di "Padrino" e che seguirà la formazione del nuovo Postulante, sotto la sua supervisione .
C Conclusione del Processo di verifica:
A) Finite le diverse fasi di verifica del candidato, il Priore, il Balì o il Cancelliere, emetterà un documento scritto dove esporrà le conclusioni finali con le sue dovute giustificazioni; tale giudizio è determinante per l'ammissione finale.
B) Il giudizio di essere positivo dovrà indicare, giustificandolo, il grado nel quale consiglia sia ammesso l'Aspirante.
C) Il grado di nobiltà di un aspirante deve essere verificato, constatato e supervisionato dal Presidente del Consiglio Genealogico Araldico dell'Ordine che si esprimerà in questo senso.
D) Con entrambi i giudizi la Sede Magistrale si esprime incorporandolo col predicato di giustizia oppure di grazia magistrale, secondo a quanto corrisponde.
E) Tutta la documentazione dovrà essere inviata alla sede Magistrale sita a Buenos Aires, rimanendo copia del processo nel posto di origine. La decisione della Sede Magistrale è inappellabile.
AMMISSIONE DEI MEMBRI
A) Il Gran Maestro è l'unica Autorità che possa ammettere Membri nell'Ordine e confermare promozioni ed assegnazioni di merito.
B) Egli può delegare in ogni caso tale autorità un altro Membro del Consiglio Supremo.
C) Per le incorporazioni di Membri nell'Ordine è sollecitata la sottoscrizione di un Giuramento di Fedeltà alla Maison di Gevaudan ed al Gran Maestro.
D) Sono esonerati, di quello che obbliga il comma precedente, i Capi di Stato, Principi, Re o quanti siano degni di fede indiscutibile a solo giudizio del Principe Sovrano Gran Maestro.
