EL GRAN MAESTRE
JEFE DE LA ORDEN
A) Siendo la Orden de Bonaria de naturaleza dinástica el Gran Maestrazgo es por derecho y prerrogativa hereditaria y exclusiva del Jefe de la Casa Condal Soberana Gavaldà. Por ello el Príncipe Soberano Gran Maestre de la Orden de Nuestra Señora Santa Maria de Buenos Aires, bajo la protección del glorioso San Martin de Tours, es S.A.R.S. el Príncipe Conde Soberano de Gevaudan perteneciente a la Casa de David-Toulouse-Gavalda; en falta de herederos directos, el Soberano, podrá proceder a adoptar persona idónea a revestir de tan alto encargo, según cuanto es establecido de las reglas de la adopción heráldica y honor.
B) A la muerte del Príncipe-Conde el nuevo Jefe de la Maison Royale et Comtale de Gavalda será de derecho el nuevo Príncipe Soberano Gran Maestre de la Orden de Caballeros de Nuestra Señora Santa Maria de Buenos Aires, bajo la protección del glorioso San Martin de Tours.
C) El Gran Maestre para poder conservar el Magisterio de la Orden, no tendrá que encontrarse nunca en la condición de excomulgado o de suspendido de los Santos Sacramentos, éstos son los únicos dos graves motivos por los cuales tendrá que dejar el Gran Maestrazgo, convirtiéndose en Gran Maestre Honorario, cediendo los poderes al Vicario del Gran Maestrazgo, que será consagrado dentro de los seis meses posteriores como nuevo Gran Maestre.
D) Antes de ser investido como Jefe de la 0rden, el Gran Maestre pronunciará el siguiente juramento ante la presencia del Capítulo General o bien delante del Consejo Supremo:
"Declaro solemnemente delante de la Virgen de Bonaria honrar, sustentar y siempre observar los santos mandamientos de la Orden de Caballeros de Nuestra Señora, Santa Maria de Buenos Aires, bajo la protección del Glorioso San Martín de Tours y, prometo de hacerlos honrar, venerar y observar lealmente durante y despues de mi gobierno como conviene al deber y a la dignidad de Príncipe Gran Maestre. Juro que, será mi ocupación el hacer observar los estatutos, las leyes y las disposiciones a todos los miembros de la Orden. Así sea, Dios me ayude. Dios lo quiera juntamente a la Virgen de Bonaria conducir mi obra. Amén."
E) El Gran Maestre es el depositario de todo el poder de la Orden.
THE GRAND MASTER
HEAD OF THE ORDER
A) Being the Order of Bonaria of dynastic nature the Grand Master is by right and hereditary and exclusive prerogative of the Head of the House Sovereign Condal Gavaldà. For that reason Prince Sovereign Grand Master of the Order of Our Lady Santa Maria of Buenos Aires, under the protection of glorious San Martin de Tours, is S.A.R.S. prince Sovereign Conde of Gevaudan pertaining to the House of David-Toulouse-Gavalda; in lack of direct heirs, the Sovereign, will be able to come to adopt suitable person to have with so high order, according to whatever is settled down of the rules of the heraldry adoption and honor.
B) To the death of Prince-Count the new Head of the Maison Royale et Comtale de Gavalda will be of right new Prince Great Sovereign Master of the Order of Knights of Our Lady Santa Maria of Buenos Aires, under the protection of glorious San Martin de Tours.
C) The Great Master to be able to conserve the Teaching of the Order, will not have to never be in the excommunicate condition of or of suspended of the Holy Sacraments, these are only the two serious reasons by which it will have to leave the Gandt Master, becoming Gandt Honorary Master, yielding the powers to the Vicar of the Grand Master, that will be consecrated within the six later months like new Grand Master.
D) Before being invested as Head of 0rden it, the Grand Master will pronounce the following oath before the presence of the General Chapter or in front of the Supreme Council:
“ I solemnly declare in front of the Virgin of Bonaria to honor, to sustain and always to observe the holy orders of the Order of Horsemen of Our Lady, Santa Maria of Buenos Aires, under the protection of Glorious San Martin de Tours and, I promise to do to honor them, to venerate loyally and to observe during and after my government as it agrees when having and the dignity of Prince Gran Master. Right of perpetual ownership that, will be my occupation to make observe the statutes, the laws and the dispositions to all the members of the Order. Thus it is, God helps me. God together loves the Virgin of Bonaria to lead my work. Amen. “
E) The Great one Master is the deposit taker of all the power in the Order.

EL GRAN CANCILLER
El Gran Canciller es el primer Dignatario de la Orden después del Gran Maestre.
El reemplazará al Gran Maestre cuando éste es impedido o incapaz para cumplir los deberes de su condición.
Ante la muerte o la abdicación del Gran Maestre, el Gran Canciller gobernará la Orden, por el máximo de seis meses, tiempo necesario para que el nuevo Gran Maestre asuma sus funciones o hasta cuando el Capítulo General se reúna como Regencia.
El Gran Canciller, en tal período, será la autoridad máxima de la Orden, sólo será investido temporalmente con los poderes del Gran Maestre. Provisionalmente tendra poder decisional sobre cuestiones menores que no alteren los equilibrios de la Orden.
El Gran Canciller es nombrado de por vida por el Gran Maestre .
Él puede, con la autorización del Capítulo General, ser nombrado con derecho a sucesión.
THE GRAND CHANCELLOR
A) The Grand Chancellor is the first Dignitary of the Order after the Grand Master.
It replaces the Grand Master when this one this incapable preventing that is to fulfill the duties of his condition.
B) In the possible death or abdication of the Grand Master, the Grand Chancellor will temporarily govern the Order, by the maximum of six months, necessary time so that the new Grand Master assumes his functions or until a when the General Chapter meets like Regency.
C) The Grand Chancellor, in such period, will be the Maxima authority of the Order; will be only invested temporarily with the powers of the Grand Master. Provisory it will have to be able decisional on questions smaller than they do not alter the balances of the Order.
APPOINTMENT OF THE GRAND CHANCELLOR
The Grand Chancellor is named and/or demitido of by life by the Grand Master. It can, with consent of the General Chapter, to be named with right a succession.
